- •Aim for 1–2 minutes per slide. 15–20 slides works well for a 20–30 minute presentation
- •Rehearsal runs tend to be slightly longer than the real thing — nerves and Q&A can change timing
- •Allocate extra time buffer to the most critical sections of your talk
