💡Tips & Knowledge
  • BMI = weight(kg) ÷ height(m)². Under 18.5=underweight, 18.5–25=normal, 25+=obese. BMI 22 is statistically healthiest
  • Always check body fat % alongside BMI — muscular people may have high BMI but healthy body fat
  • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is calculated using the Harris-Benedict formula. Eating below BMR causes muscle loss
  • Ideal weight = height(m)² × 22. Aesthetic weight = height(m)² × 20. Set realistic goals to stay healthy
